Main Street Stage Port Clinton

Thursday July 17, 2025, a Put-in-Bay Favorite, Bob Gatewood, will grace the Main Street stage. He brings a fun show featuring lots of his own songs plus rocking bar favorites that have made him one of the island’s most loved acts for decades.

Gatewood’s most well known song is the island anthem, “Friends-of-the-Bay”. It’s the title track of his latest album and the Put-in-Bay village council made it to be the official song of the island. So far the album has gotten lots of radio play and the latest single, “I Settled Up (When I Settle Down)”, was placed in regular rotation this summer at FM powerhouse Mix 102.7.

The Plain Dealer called his song, “I Ain’t Workin’ For The Man”, a working man’s classic and most of the show is just about as fun as that song sounds like it is. You’ll also hear plenty of rock classics in this extended Bob Gatewood show and look forward to some masterful guitar playing!
